Age At least 25 years
Experience in merchandising, compliance, sustainability, or traceability roles within the RMG/textile sector.

Responsibilities & Context

Implement and maintain traceability systems in line with customer requirements, internal standards, and global sustainability protocols.
Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and validation for all stages of the supply chain, from raw material sourcing to finished goods.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, sourcing, QA, logistics) to collect, verify, and manage traceability-related data.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and third-party service providers to gather and validate traceability information.
Maintain and update traceability systems or platforms (e.g., GOTS, OCS, Oeko Tex, BCI or other traceability software).
Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external buyers.
Support third-party audits, certifications, and verification processes related to traceability and sustainability.
Conduct internal assessments to identify gaps in traceability practices and recommend improvements.
Provide training and guidance to production and relevant teams on traceability processes and standards.
Stay informed about industry best practices, buyer expectations, and emerging traceability technologies.
Garments TC handling to face all kind of traceability audit.
