Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree from any reputed University.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration (specialization in F&B preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a five-star hotel or reputed fine dining restaurant in Bangladesh or abroad.
- Prior experience in Thai, Asian, or fusion cuisine restaurants will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills—ability to interact confidently with foreign guests.
- Knowledge of event management, service flow, and fine dine standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and reporting tools.Well-groomed, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Skyfall Restaurant is an exclusive fine-dine destination in Mohakhali, known for its elegant ambience and refined hospitality. We cater to local elites and international guests through corporate dinners, private events, and themed evenings.
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a five-star hospitality background who can maintain premium service standards and lead our team with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily F&B operations ensuring smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and management teams.
- Maintain high service standards consistent with five-star and international dining practices.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and personally attend to VIP and foreign guests.
- Coordinate and plan special events, private dining, and group reservations.
- Oversee staff performance, training, scheduling, and grooming standards.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness across all service areas.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to align menu design, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- Develop SOPs for service, event handling, and guest communication.
- Generate weekly/monthly operational and sales reports for management review.
- Maintain effective coordination with accounts and kitchen departments for daily operations.
