- Bachelor`s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from any reputed university

Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in industrial or project-based electrical engineering roles
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, MS Project, and MS Office
- Strong command over Electrical SLD, industrial wiring, machine installation, PLC, and basic controls
- Skilled in interpreting SLD, P&ID, and other technical blueprints; basic knowledge of Water, Steam, Gas, Chiller, and Utility systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Effective in communication, teamwork, time management, and multitasking
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic; smart, energetic, and willing to visit different sites when required

To support and strengthen our existing team we are looking for smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent and committed individuals for the position:
Job Description
- Lead electrical installation work, vendor management, and supervision of all project-related electrical activities
- Ensure proper electrical wiring and equipment installation by following SLD
- Prepare and update BOQ for utility and electrical works; raise requisitions as needed
- Ensure all measurements, inspections, and quality checks for electrical works are properly documented
- Report works progress and challenges to management regularly
- Take an active role to ensure safe execution of all electrical works
- Identify and resolve technical or workmanship issues during project execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, utility, etc.) for project implementation
- Assess site feasibility, limitations, and propose practical design solutions
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project documentation for electrical projects
- Prepare MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs using the latest software tools
- Prepare Gantt charts and ensure timely completion of project schedules
- Interpret project briefs, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to finalize blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, WHO, BNBC, and Health & Safety standards
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
