- Bachelor/Honors
- Certification or diploma in cosmetology/beauty therapy from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 50 years
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in beauty and salon services
- Strong technical expertise in advanced beauty, skin and hair treatments.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities & Context
- Perform a wide range of beauty services, including facial treatments, hair styling, hair coloring, manicure-pedicure, waxing, threading, and makeup.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments based on their individual needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the salon.
- Supervise and train junior beauticians and support staff to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Keep updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Recommend and promote salon products and services to clients to enhance their experience and achieve sales targets.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth client flow.
- Handle client feedback professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist in stock management and ensure adequate availability of products and materials.
- Closely work on financial management with the relevant staffs and authority
- Regular basis reporting to the relevant supervisors/authority
- Any other task assigned by supervisor/authority
