Video Editor (Creative Content)

We’re growing our in-house creative team at Green Compared Ltd. and seeking a skilled Video Editor who can craft engaging content for digital platforms. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, social-first editing, and motion graphics, we’d love to meet you. Graphic design skills will be considered a strong plus.

✩ Job Responsibilities

• Edit short and long-form videos for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and ads

• Create motion graphics, text/graphic overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and simple animations

• Cut, sequence, color-correct, sound mix, and add captions/subtitles as needed

• Adapt content to multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and optimize for each platform

• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams on concepts, scripts, and storyboards

• Manage file naming, media organization, backups, and delivery deadlines

• Create thumbnails and simple social graphics when needed (plus point)

• Stay updated on trends, formats, and editing styles popular in BD and global markets

✩ Additional Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (must) and After Effects (strongly preferred)

• Basic design skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator are a strong plus

• Understanding of codecs, frame rates, color spaces, audio levels, and export settings

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, and sound design

• Good communication skills; ability to collaborate and meet deadlines

• Bangla and English proficiency required

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, color grading, or camera operation is a plus
