- Age 30 to 40 years
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sustainable/green finance or related area
- Candidates having CEA or similar professional certification or working experience in SDG/ESG/LEED Certification will get preference
- Familiarity with Green Banking, Sustainable Finance Policy, local and global best practices
- Working experience with the regulatory body, local and international agencies
- Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Capacity to develop and inculcate environmentally responsible banking policy & practices
- Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and develop green and sustainable finance projects.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare credit proposals for renewable energy, waste management, and eco-friendly ventures.
- Manage sustainable finance portfolio and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.
- Prepare sustainability reports and liaise with Bangladesh Bank and relevant agencies.
- Drive awareness and capacity-building initiatives within the Bank
