Manager / AGM – Printing

Job Context:

A Leading Export-Oriented Textile Industry (Woven Fabric Manufacturing) is looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Manager/ AGM for its Printing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing printing operations, ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and on-time delivery aligned with international buyer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire fabric printing process, including pre-printing, printing, and post-printing operations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production to achieve targets in coordination with Planning, Dyeing, and Finishing departments.
• Ensure the use of correct print recipes, color matching, and shade consistency as per buyer requirements.
• Maintain printing quality standards through process control, continuous improvement, and waste minimization.
• Manage the maintenance and calibration of printing machines and related equipment.
• Supervise and develop the printing team to enhance operational efficiency and technical capability.
• Coordinate with the R&D and QA teams for sample development and bulk production approval.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the printing area.
• Prepare and review production reports, cost analysis, and process improvement plans.
• Communicate regularly with the management regarding production performance, machine utilization, and manpower planning.
