Responsibilities & Context
Dynamicflow is a growing IT firm based in Mirpur, Dhaka, where innovation meets collaboration. We specialize in building high-quality digital solutions while maintaining a friendly, supportive, and growth-oriented work culture.
We are looking for Frontend Developer Interns who are passionate about modern web technologies, clean design, and continuous learning & willing to work on Night Shift 10PM to 7AM. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience by working on live projects alongside experienced developers and designers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React preferred).
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement creative and effective solutions.
- Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
- Participate in team meetings, discussions, and nightly code reviews.
- Write clean, organized, and reusable code while following best practices.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React, Vue, or Angular is a plus.
- Basic understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of PHP is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap for styling.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub for version control.
- Good sense of UI/UX and attention to design details.
