Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in cookware/home appliances/electronics production.
- Strong knowledge of production technology, process automation, and quality assurance.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management ability.

Job Context:
Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd., one of the largest and fastest-growing electronics and home appliance manufacturers in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our team at the Factory, Jamuna Industrial Park, Gazipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Home Appliances & Cookware production unit.
- Ensure smooth production planning, scheduling, and execution to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Implement modern production methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain strict quality control in line with company and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and train production teams for enhanced skill and productivity.
- Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams for product innovation and timely market delivery.
