Job Responsibilities
This role is a dynamic blend of sales support, administration, and team enablement. Your duties will include:
- Achieve sales targets and support recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and partners
- Conduct market research and track industry trends
- Communicate effectively in English and negotiate offers
- Support team performance and ensure compliance
