Requirements
Education
- MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
- Training/ Trade Course: Any certification in Garments Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
- Newly recruited Management Trainee officer(s) has to go through an extensive training program.
- After successfully completion of training program individual personnel will allocate for a particular job responsibilities and Department.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the superior.
