Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and monitor all security guards and related staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and ensure adequate manpower coverage .
- Ensure proper checking of all entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the premises and report and investigate any suspicious activities or security incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, or unauthorized entry.
- Maintain records of security staff attendance, leave, and performance and Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly security reports to management.
- Support HR/Admin in maintaining discipline among workers and visitors.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Implement company security policies and ensure compliance.
