Responsibilities & Context

Design and produce high-quality visual materials including flyers, brochures, menus, signage, digital ads, social media graphics, and event collateral.
Ensure all designs reflect the hotel’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look across all channels.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and F&B teams to create promotional campaigns and visual content.
Manage and update visual content for the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
Create multimedia content such as short promotional videos, GIFs, or motion graphics for online use.
Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and photographers to ensure production quality and timely delivery.
Maintain a digital archive of all creative assets and design files.
Support event branding, such as backdrop designs, banners, invitations, and other event materials.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep visuals modern and engaging.
