- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 37 years
- Experience in Software Marketing / better Knowledge of IT Solutions in the Bangladeshi context.
- Preparing and writing documentation for the tender requirements Govt., Private, NGOs, e-GP
- Better track record of Customer Relationship Management in various Govt. departments, especially in Skill Development & Manpower Outsourcing Projects.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
- Good English knowledge (Reading & Writing Skills) and Good IQ will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
- Developing all marketing and sales strategies, integrated marketing plan & implementation.
- Priority-based business development & marketing tasks for various Skill Development & Manpower Outsourcing projects both national & international.
- Participate in the development, implementation & maintenance of marketing policies, objectives, and short-range and long-range planning to meet established marketing goals of the company.
- Proper documentation in an effective & efficient way both in-house and outside reports (Daily, monthly & quarterly).
- Conducting company product-related demonstrations to the clients/target customers effectually.
- Keep a record of customer response and sharing with the top manager for the betterment in the near future.
- Coordinating team meetings following respective timelines.
