Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Strong English writing and communication skills,
- Excellent email writing and professional correspondence abilities,
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic content editing tools,
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management,
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with punctuality,
- Polite, honest, and dedicated personality with strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Education Counselors (Academic & Marketing) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will assist students with their study abroad journey from university admissions to visa processing and promote our services through effective marketing and digital campaigns.
- Academic Counseling:
- Understand student requirements and guide them through the university admission process.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and career paths.
- Process applications for offers of place and prepare accurate visa documents.
- Provide clear guidance on visa requirements and immigration policies.
- Maintain communication with students, universities, and relevant authorities.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, university policies, and scholarship opportunities.
Marketing & Digital Activities:
- Conduct counseling sessions through in-person meetings, phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
- Prepare and post creative marketing content using Canva or Photoshop.
- Manage and grow social media engagement to attract potential students.
- Follow up with universities/institutes to track applications.
- Support management by preparing reports and contributing to campaigns or projects.
