Responsibilities & Context
- Anticipate industry trends and incorporate best practices to position Designscape as a top-tier manufacturer.
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production, quality assurance, inventory and logistics.
- Ensure that production runs efficiently, delivering products on time and within budget.
- Drive lean manufacturing, automation and advanced technology adoption to enhance productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies across all production functions.
- Establish and enforce strict quality control systems to ensure products meet international quality and safety certifications.
- Lead, mentor and develop production teams and cross-functional leaders to foster high performance.
