Responsibilities & Context
- Work in the roster to cover 3 shifts per day to ensure 24×7 delivery.
- Connect with top 20 ISP clients 24×7 through live chat and other communications tools.
- Actively liaise with O&M teams from Technology and I&O teams to provide real time updates to clients on fault resolution.
- Proactively provide effective updates to clients so that client feels valued.
- Follow internal technical and management escalation matrix to ensure faster fault restoration.
- Efficiently use systems and tools to register right information about the complaint.
- Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
