Education
- B. Sc in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical/ IP Engineering
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- 5-6 years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint AutoCAD and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) strong analytical ability team leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and monitor the daily operation of the Net Fan production line.
- Ensure production targets quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
- Coordinate with Maintenance ,QA and Planning teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track daily production efficiency material utilization, and process losses.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards, and 5S, KAIZEN, Lean Sigma practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to subordinates and operators.
- Establishing production layout process flow and assembly setup for the new Net Fan line.
- Coordinating with R&D, QA, and Supply Chain to align component sourcing and product quality standards.
- Monitoring pilot production setting efficiency targets, and ensuring line balancing.
- Developing SOPs and manpower structure for continuous operation and scalability.
- Achieving target productivity maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth operational transition from pilot to mass production.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Review cost productivity and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.
