Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- At least 3 years

Responsibilities & Context
To perform all sorts of mechanical works for installation, construction, modification, repair, and maintenance of knitted fabrics production related apparatuses, equipment, and systems.
- Ability to work with JDE to maintain work worder for preventive & corrective.
- To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied during the job execution.
- To installs and repairs mechanical systems of knitted fabrics production machines and equipment.
- To diagnoses malfunctioning Electrical/mechanical systems of knitted fabrics production machines and equipment and replaces damaged or broken parts, using proper tools.
- Installs and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, apparatus, and electrical components of industrial machines and equipment.
- Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment.
- Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.
- To diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
- To perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- To performing equipment inspection, repair, and corrective maintenance as required.
- Responsible for taking care of the tools provided by the company for performing the work.
- To perform any other operation-related function as directed by immediate supervisor.
- To lead the personnel to carry out the job during preventive or corrective maintenance work.
- Co-operate maintenance planning engineer for machine break down analysis
