Responsibilities & Context
- Develop comprehensive training plans, schedules, and methodologies for field forces.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for both new and existing field personnel.
- Update and refine training manuals and materials in alignment with current training needs and organizational standards.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless logistical arrangements for training activities.
- Assist HRD in executing field force recruitment initiatives and maintain complete and accurate training documentation.
