- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
Responsibilities & Context
- Install, configure, and maintain WiFi routers, ONUs/OLTs, switches, and MikroTik devices.
- Provide remote support and conduct occasional field visits for resellers.
- Troubleshoot network issues, ensure service uptime, and document problem resolutions.
- Manage PPPoE/RADIUS configurations, VLAN setups, user authentication, and bandwidth control.
- Support network monitoring and routine maintenance for both core and access networks.
- Visit client sites for installation, scheduled maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to enhance network performance and stability.
