Marketing Executive (International Client Communication)

Byte Trek Limited, a growing Bangladeshi BPO and Digital Service provider working with healthcare and technology clients from the USA and other first-world countries, is looking for a young, energetic, and talented Marketing Executive with excellent English communication and marketing skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with international prospects to promote and sell our digital, marketing, and IT services.

This position initially starts on a contractual basis, but outstanding performers will be offered permanent employment after the evaluation period.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with potential international clients (through email, social media, and virtual meetings) to introduce and sell our services.
• Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries received through company channels.
• Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns and follow up with potential leads.
• Maintain active communication via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms to build relationships with prospective clients.
• Research and analyze current marketing trends relevant to offshore clients (especially USA, UK, Canada, and Australia).
• Maintain a strong understanding of Byte Trek’s services to confidently present them to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales materials, marketing content, and proposals.
• Achieve weekly/monthly communication and conversion targets as set by management.
