Experience

- Candidates must be willing to work in remote locations, particularly in rural areas.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and organize maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of sub-station and farm equipment.
- Execute electrical wiring and construct control panels for TP motors and SP motors.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize machinery downtime.
- Enhance equipment longevity by optimizing overall machine efficiency.
- Process diverse requisitions, verify and consolidate equipment and spare parts for procurement.
- Provide comprehensive training to all farm technicians for improved performance.
