Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Electrical
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
- 1–3 years of practical experience in electrical maintenance or medical equipment service (freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of medical devices, control circuits, and power systems.· .
- Familiarity with PLC, sensors, PCB boards, and electronic components is an advantage.
- Understanding of electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and schematic interpretation.
- Ability to work under supervision as well as independently.
- Experience in managing a team and implementing Production processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device production.
- Expected salary should be mentioned in the application along with designation and salary of current working organization.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and electronic medical devices.
- Perform routine inspection, calibration, and testing of electrical components to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Support fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of power and control systems in medical equipment.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment documentation.
- Work with senior engineers to upgrade or modify existing electrical systems and circuits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, and medical device safety standards (e.g., IEC 60601).
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, ensuring all tools and test equipment are properly handled.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (biomedical, mechanical, and production) for smooth project execution.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during all electrical operations.
