We are looking for a visionary leader to shape the strategic direction, drive business growth, and position Labaid AI Ltd as a leading AI solutions provider in the region.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Employment Type: Full-time (Leadership Role)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals
✅ Lead product development and commercialization of AI-based solutions for healthcare, finance, education, and enterprise sectors
✅ Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional leadership team
✅ Explore local & international partnerships, business expansion, and investor relations
✅ Oversee P&L, budgeting, risk management, and company-wide governance
✅ Represent the company in conferences, investor forums, and strategic meetings
✅ Drive a strong culture of innovation, ethics, and performance excellence

Required Qualifications & Experience:

🔹 Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
🔹 Minimum 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership/CEO/COO role
🔹 Proven experience in AI, HealthTech, IT, SaaS, or technology-driven business
🔹 Strong business acumen with successful track record in scaling tech products/startups
🔹 Experience in fundraising, partnerships, product launches, and digital transformation
🔹 Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
