Requirements
Education
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university (Major in HRM preferred)
- 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply
- Professional HR certifications (e.g, PGDHRM, MPHR, etc.) are an added advantage.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Multinational Companies

- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and Documentation.

- Experience in implementing performance management, engagement, and OD initiatives.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and build a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline for all bank roles.
- Maintain the entire hiring cycle from requisition to offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Assist in refining recruitment processes for efficiency while ensuring all practices adhere to labor laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.
- To track key performance metrics, analyze recruitment effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for HR and senior management.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee performance management, development, engagement and improvement initiatives.
- To enhance employee engagement, retention, and reduce high turnover costs.
- Strengthen employer branding through event/campus content calendars, concise social copy/briefs, and review of engagement metrics to refine outreach.
- Elevate candidate experience through timely, transparent communication at each stage through onboarding hand-off.
- To assist day-to-day HR initiatives in improving overall HR efficiency.
