Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sales and marketing campaigns targeting international audiences.
• Promote W3 Engineers Ltd.’s services through digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in global tech markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance to track KPIs, optimize ROI, and ensure consistent growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Support event planning and execution, such as webinars, workshops, and tech expos to enhance brand visibility.
• Contribute to lead generation and business development initiatives to drive international sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within a Software Company, IT-enabled service, or Direct Marketing industry.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, sales strategy, and brand management.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
