Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Minimum 8–12 years of hands-on experience in product design and development, preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, materials, and production processes.
- Proficiency in CAD design tools and familiarity with testing standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage the entire R&D department to drive innovation and product development initiatives.
- Define R&D objectives, budgets, and project timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of new electrical products, including lights, switches, sockets, small home appliances, tools, water pumps, and gas stoves.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate customer requirements into technical product specifications.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to establish and maintain testing standards for new and existing products.
- Ensure proper documentation of all design files, Bill of Materials (BOM), test reports, and other R&D records.
- Recommend new technologies, tools, and strategic partnerships to enhance product innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure all product designs and developments comply with relevant international standards (e.g., CE, ISO, RoHS).
- Conduct performance evaluations and support skill development within the R&D team.
