Additional Requirements

Experience in shipping, oil tanker operations, or port documentation will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of CPA, BIWTA, and relevant operational documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Bengali typing is mandatory) and operational/revenue management software.
Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Prepare and preserve detailed voyage reports, maintaining vessel-wise loss and gain statements and monthly revenue summaries for vessels.
Post revenue data regularly into the designated software system and ensure accuracy and timely updates.
Prepare charterer bills (POCL, MPL, JOCL) and provide customized documentation as per client requirements.
Collect berthing and mooring bills from the Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) portal, prepare payment documents, and process berthing bill settlements on time.
Prepare and monitor workers’ salary statements, increment records, and bonus reports; maintain manning and attendance for all vessels.
Coordinate with Accounts Department and BIWTA (Chittagong) for pilot booking and coupon-related activities for all vessels.
Draft official notes, correspondence, and letters in both Bengali and English for government offices and internal use.
Assist in MMO survey-related activities and associated documentation.
