Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience with: ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Make/Zapier/n8n
- Strong task organization and follow-through
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Ability to work independently in structured remote workflows
Responsibilities & Context
- Build & maintain CRM workflows in ClickUp and GoHighLevel
- Configure automation workflows using Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Manage project timelines, updates, and deliverables
- Support client communications and follow-ups
- Create dashboards, operational documentation, and reports
- Manage and enhance Softr customer portals
