Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, orders, and capacity.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to minimize delays and downtime.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze production variances and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor raw material, WIP (Work-in-Process), and finished goods inventory.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain production, inventory, and consumption reports.
- Update production and inventory data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Factory ERP).
- Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labour.
- To perform any other necessary tasks time to time as per management order.
