- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tracking software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Trading or Export/Import.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage orders including pending, exchange, return, hold, delivered, etc.
- Directly handle the dispatch of products from the warehouse.
- Perform billings as orders get delivered.
- Track every product and order from the company website, as well as other seller accounts and B2B connections.
