- Proven work experience as a Front End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing React and Next.js projects.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, HTML, and related web technologies.
- Strong command of Material UI / Tailwind / DevExtreme.
- Experience with React Chart, Timeline, Graphs, and 3D libraries.
- Proficiency in state management with Redux, including actions, reducers, and the Redux store.
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications
- Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and implement business requirements and UI/UX designs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities & Context
We, BitChip Digital, are seeking a passionate Front End Developer who is proficient with React.js and Next.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features for our web applications, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produces visual elements of the application.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Build web applications using different APIs like OpenAI, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders such as back-end developers, designers, and product managers.
- Ensure application quality by writing maintainable, readable code and by participating in code reviews.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and updates in React and Next.js to ensure our applications remain current.
- Integrate with back-end services and APIs.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve any related issues.
- Participate in the full life cycle of the development process, from ideation to deployment and post-deployment maintenance.
- Note: If you have a basic knowledge of the Laravel MVC pattern, it will be a plus.
