- Process customer bills accurately and efficiently at the counter
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain proper records of transactions and receipts
- Resolve billing issues or discrepancies promptly
- Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth checkout experience
- Coordinate with store staff for inventory updates and stock issues
