Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Experience in sales operation of a commercial/manufacturing organization.
  • Experience in sales to Govt. office and tendering process will get preference.
  • He/She must have product Knowledge, Computer literacy and understanding of local market.
  • He/She needs to have product and industry knowledge and experience with relevant software applications.
  • Must have a planning, People & Management skill, good communication skill.
  • He/she must be dynamic, organized, leadership, analytical, self motivated, amiable, innovative, pro-active, cost and quality conscious.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare Annual Business Plan (ABP) as per company objectives and ensure sales achievement as per ABP target.
  • Prepare and execute S&OP/RoFo in coordination with concern department for ensuring on time delivery of goods.
  • Formulate and execute pricing/brand building/promotion/warranty management strategy for the local market using market intelligence.
  • Participate in all Govt. tenders in line with business strategies.
  • Recovery of receivables and other securities from customers within agreed time frame.
  • Efficiently manage and develop key account customers to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with internal & external customers for smooth execution of planned targets.
  • Develop and support team members through coaching and motivation to achieve business goal.
