Requirements

  • Knowledge about Real Estate industry.
  • Ability to take challenges to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Should have good communication & negotiation skills and capable to close deals independently.
  • Must be self-motivated/challenging.
  • Perform any other activities as and when required by the management for the purpose of enhancement of sales.
  • Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside of the company.

  • We are looking for young and dynamic professionals who have experience in sales and marketing in the Real Estate industry and the ability to take challenges in the ever-changing market with innovative ideas and capacity.
  • Prepare customer visit plan to generate the sales lead and implement things accordingly.
  • Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients.
  • Generate sales lead, set target clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
  • Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
  • Arrange meeting and project visit for the clients.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
  • Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Execute the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
  • Monitor competitors’ activity.
  • Close the deal through proper documentation.
