Responsibilities & Context
- Implement region wise sales strategy and business plans in accordance with the directives of the head of corporate sales.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing & capturing market prospect.
- Enhance build & maintain long-term relationships with users/ consultants and other influencers within the industry to enhance product image and preferred partner status.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of himself/herself and the team.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Present sales revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Timely reporting of market opportunity, market insight, trends and analysis.
