Responsibilities & Context
Osman Furniture is one of the renowned furniture showrooms in Mymensingh. Currently we are looking for an expert, dynamic & experience Branch Manager (Furniture Store).
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve sales.
- Providing guidance and training to sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- Conducting regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Planning and implementing attractive displays to showcase furniture products effectively.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Analyzing sales data and financial reports to make informed business decisions.
- ·Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyzing market data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Making recommendations for product offerings and pricing strategies based on market insights.
