JOB PURPOSE

To manage programme’s technology initiatives through smooth manoeuvring of digitalization platforms by establishing standard project management and coordination for ensuring successful implementation for the programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement technology initiatives (i.e., Software development) for the programme through project/product management.
  • Lead the business requirement elicitation and analyse process for the software development projects in accordance with programme modality.
  • Lead the UAT and different pilots for all software projects.
  • Manage the process of designing systems, developing software, policies and procedures for IT projects.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, development teams and departments, as well as incorporating user feedback in terms of project/product development.
  • Explore the opportunities to improve and update existing software solutions and system architecture.
  • Planning for the procurement of the server, hardware as and when needed.
  • Facilitate with proper understanding and timely monitoring of the SLA, AMC and other vendor documents which are related to the programme budgeting and planning.
  • Undertake IT capacity development initiatives throughout the UPG programme

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
