Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales to join our team and play a key role in achieving targets for board and interior materials. You will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings, and build strong relationships with key clients in the corporate/interior/architect sector.

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to maximize revenue growth for board and interior materials.
  • Cultivate relationships with architects, interior design firms, furniture and kitchen module manufacturers, and government bodies to drive market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, adapting sales approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure product offerings align with market trends and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote sales and build a network of potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales life cycle, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to track sales activities and measure performance metrics effectively.
