Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

• As a Sales Manager – B2B at Jamuna Future Park Shopping Mall, your goal is to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the mall’s B2B sales initiatives.·

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B clients within the retail and entertainment industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Understand and promote the mall’s offerings, including retail spaces, entertainment venues, and promotional events.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through lead generation and prospecting.
• Customize solutions to meet clients’ specific needs, such as event planning, marketing campaigns, and promotional collaborations.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Manage sales budgets, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
