Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage & roll out planning of the visibility projects at retail levels aimed to ensure increased retail presence for the sustainable advantages in achieving visibility goals of Mass Market Sales & Distribution –
  • Supervise the field level regional merchandizing execution team to complete the activities as per Trade Marketing Activity Calendar –
  • Guide the Retail Merchandising Field Forces and review selected outlets as per business & compliance requirements –
  • Regular visit to the outlets to review and get update on current merchandizing placement and its status –
  • Manage, maintenance and renewal of agreements of different vendors/market authority in the concerned regions –
  • Preparing different offer proposals documents/presentations, regional communication material related to different campaigns –
  • Ensuring effective and efficient retail merchandising of POSM through placement activity in achieving set objectives for retail preference –
  • Motivate & reinforce channel partners for gaining maximum retail preference –
  • Co-ordinate with Central team for necessary business requirement with justifications and receive the final allocated POSM for the regions –
  • Conduct regular trade visit on POSM presence, competition presence in POSM as well as gather trade feedback on in-ground POSM –
  • Manage the roll out of retail engagement initiatives (Trade Events) at retail levels in achieving set objectives for retail preference –
  • Develop, maintain and foster strategic relations with current vendors & encourage vendors’ team to maintain a long term perspective in forming partnerships –
  • Develop the functional skill development program of the trade marketing force
