Responsibilities & Context
Unique Hotel & Resorts PLC (A Concern of Unique Group) is inviting applications from competent and service-oriented professionals for the position of Guest Driver to join the Transport Pool team of The Westin Dhaka and Sheraton Dhaka.
This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel transport operations, and possess excellent guest handling and safe driving skills. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring comfortable, safe, and professional transportation services for hotel guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.
- Drive guest vehicles with the utmost care, professionalism, and safety.
- Receive guests from the airport with a warm welcome as per hotel SOP
- Communicate effectively with guests in English.
- Handle guest luggage and belongings carefully and efficiently without any damage.
- Maintain vehicles in clean, polished, and presentable condition for every duty.
- Ensure vehicles remain in safe and proper operating condition at all times.
- Report to the Transport Desk regarding servicing requirements and maintain duty logbooks properly.
- Assist guests as a city tour guide during local travel when required.
- Check vehicle documents regularly and report to the Transport Desk for any updates if necessary.
- Drive professionally to ensure guests leave with a lasting positive impression of the transport services provided by The Westin Dhaka and Sheraton Dhaka.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
