Responsibilities & Context
Alam Garments is looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and hardworking professional for the position of Data Entry Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, updating databases, and supporting daily operational documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in ERP/software systems and Excel sheets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain production, inventory, HR, or operational records as assigned
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documents
- Coordinate with different departments for information collection and reporting
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information
