Job Context
The Operation Manager holds overall responsibility for the hotel’s operations, with a primary focus on sales, marketing, branding, and corporate partnerships. This role ensures that strategic business plans, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented across all departments. As the leader of the management team, the General Manager is accountable for driving revenue growth, maintaining service excellence, enhancing brand value, and ensuring the hotel operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Job Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership to drive hotel performance with a strong focus on sales, marketing, branding, and revenue growth - Develop and oversee strategic business plans aligned with the hotel’s long-term vision and goals
- Ensure sales and marketing strategies are effectively executed to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market share
- Monitor kitchen, cafe & restaurant overall management
- Establish periodical target for departments, monitor performance & guide teams to achieve results
- Build and nurture key client, corporate, and partner relationships to strengthen the hotel’s market position
- Lead initiatives for brand development, promotional campaigns & business growth opportunities
- Identify new markets, business segments & corporate partnerships to expand revenue streams
- Provide strategic direction for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all services & facilities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Guide department heads and ensure smooth coordination across all operational areas.
- Represent the hotel to stakeholders, investors, and the wider community, ensuring alignment with corporate values and objectives.
