Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily Corrugated Carton production activities.
- Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency to maximize output.
- Monitor quality checkpoints throughout the production process.
- Maintain discipline, safety, awareness, and teamwork within the department.
- Monitor corrugation, printing, die-cutting, stitching, gluing, and finishing processes.
