Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Maintain product quality standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
- Manage factory manpower, supervisors, and workers.
- Ensure machine maintenance and smooth operation.
- Implement safety and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, store, and sales departments.
- Control production costs and improve efficiency.
- Any other job assign by the Management.
