Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, line balancing, and capacity planning concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Experience or internship exposure in Light Engineering, Assembly Line, or Manufacturing Operations will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Time study,Motion study
- Production Study
- Support time & motion studies, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity analysis activities.
- Prepare and update Operation Bulletins (OB), process flow charts, and related documentation.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, OEE, and other continuous improvement programs.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify process losses, bottlenecks, and waste.
- Support manpower planning, workstation arrangement, and factory layout improvement projects.
- Monitor daily production performance and prepare productivity, efficiency, and utilization reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operational activities.
- Assist in developing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
- Maintain and update operational dashboards, KPI reports, and performance records.
- Support monthly operational performance analysis and improvement activities.
