Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
Experience
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age 45 to 55 years
- Only Male
- Experience in Carpet, Jute, Geotextile, Textile, RMG or related manufacturing industries will be preferred
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and oversee all factory operations to ensure productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage Finance, Accounts, Costing, Production, HR & Administration, Internal Audit, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and Distribution functions.
- Ensure effective budgeting, financial control, cost management, and working capital optimization.
- Drive production efficiency, quality standards, resource utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance practices.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain operations, and timely product distribution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present operational and financial performance reports to management.
