Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Degree from a reputed public or private university
  • Professional training or certification in AI/ML, LLM application development, workflow automation, cloud AI, data engineering or responsible AI governance will be preferred

Experience

    • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Cement, Steel

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 28 years
  • Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development, LLM integration, workflow automation, data/BI engineering, software development or agentic AI solution design
  • Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, workflow orchestration or enterprise automation will be preferred
  • Experience in building AI agents, automation workflows, analytical assistants, BI copilots, knowledge retrieval systems or decision-support tools will be an added advantage
  • Experience in a manufacturing, trading, FMCG, building materials, finance, supply chain, procurement or multi-business group environment will be preferred

     

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong capability in agentic AI solution design, LLM integration, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, workflow automation and structured analytical problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, SQL/data access concepts, n8n or similar orchestration tools, and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or comparable tools
  • Practical understanding of vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma or similar platforms, including retrieval design, embedding strategy and knowledge-base maintenance
  • Ability to design use-case workflows, define inputs/outputs, test agent reliability, document limitations and implement human oversight for controlled business use
  • Good understanding of data governance, access control, data classification, source traceability, confidentiality and responsible AI practices
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation, user manuals, management presentations, automation impact summaries and clear business recommendations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder coordination and business translation capability for non-technical management users

Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for designing, developing and operationalizing AI-driven agents, automation workflows and agentic intelligence use cases that improve enterprise productivity, responsiveness and decision-support capability. The role builds secure AI agents for BI, strategy, research, forecasting and enterprise intelligence by integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, workflow orchestration, governance checkpoints and human oversight into practical business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, test and improve AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, retrieving information and executing approved analytical or cognitive tasks.

● Build specialized agents for BI, strategy, research, forecasting and enterprise intelligence using secure data connectors, APIs and approved data sources.

● Develop prompt frameworks, reusable prompt libraries, memory modules, RAG pipelines, vector database integrations and multi-agent reasoning architectures.

● Use workflow orchestration tools such as n8n and relevant AI frameworks to connect enterprise systems, automate routine workflows and generate actionable intelligence outputs.

● Translate business requirements into practical agentic AI use cases, prototypes, workflow maps, technical specifications, test cases and deployment plans.

● Implement feedback loops, testing protocols, reliability checks, governance checkpoints and human-in-the-loop controls for responsible agent performance.

● Collaborate with BI, IT, data engineering, data owners and business teams to align agents with system-of-record principles, access control and enterprise content management requirements.

● Monitor agent performance, output quality, error patterns, refresh compliance, adoption, productivity impact and improvement opportunities after deployment.

● Prepare documentation, user guides, model/use-case notes, version history, control logs, training materials and management updates for deployed agentic solutions.

● Ensure confidentiality, source traceability, proper version control, data classification and responsible use of all datasets, models, agents, dashboards and communications.
